Returns
Every piece is made to order with care and quality at the centre of it. So, we don’t offer refunds, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect (which is unlikely), we’ve got you covered. Just record an unboxing video upon delivery and we’ll sort it out. We’ll always make sure you end up with something you love. To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and unboxing video. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange & Alterations
Every piece is made to order, crafted with care and precision.Therefore, we do not offer exchanges.
In case of any sizing concerns, we’re happy to offer minor alterations at no additional cost. Kindly raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
All our garments are designed with a 4-inch margin to allow for easy alterations.
Please note, the shipping cost for sending the piece back to us will need to be borne by you.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed in case of approved returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed or processed. Once the order is confirmed and production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
