Processing time is 7 - 10 working days after confirmation.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.

Delivery Timeline
For orders within Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days | Rest of India: 4–5 business days post production. 
For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free across India.
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Shipping Insurance and Responsibility
All orders are insured during transit until they are delivered.
A signature is required upon delivery.
Once the order is delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.
If the order is delivered to a third party, including gift recipients, it will be considered successfully delivered.
